When to use

All ACS presentations — STEMI, NSTEMI, unstable angina
Guides timing of angiography (high risk → early invasive strategy)
NICE NG185: GRACE >3% at 6 months → offer angiography within 72 hours
Use alongside TIMI and clinical judgment
